I’ve been a loyal customer for about 9 years now, won’t go anywhere else. I had put off doing my tires, but took a look today before having to take a long trip tomorrow and saw something I didn’t like. Called the guys and as always they were ready to help, even on short notice, did all 4 tires this afternoon for me. I can now take my trip in peace knowing my truck is safe. 10/10 recommend!

I usually never leave reviews, but I just wanted to shout out how awesome this shop is. Not only do they consistently provide great, fast service every time I've visited, but the technicians are also just so kind and really go above and beyond to help. For instance, I work nearby and discovered one day when I got to work that I had a deflating tire - Paul fit me in for last-minute tire repair and even came to my workplace to fill the tire with air and help get the car to the shop. I've never once felt pressured by them to get certain services done; they really just shoot straight with you and want to help. As someone whose knowledge of cars is admittedly very low, haha, I really appreciate having a shop to go to where I trust their advice and know I'm not getting taken advantage of.

I've been going to Professional Automotive for several years, servicing a BMW and a Mazda. They are always accommodating, professional (as their name suggests) and - above all - honest. I highly recommend their service.

Professional Automotive truly lives up to their name. They are professional, honest, and efficient. Each time I call they take the time to understand the issue and schedule me in a very reasonable timeframe. This business is not looking to add on unnecessary services or nickel and dime you - they are very fair with their prices and up front with the work that should be done and what can wait. Usually my car is done the same day, which I have not experienced with other shops before. Highly recommend Professional Automotive!

I wanted to say how pleased I am with my car and its "new and improved" air conditioning! I'm so happy and with this weather you really need it! These guys were great, Rick and Paul, keep us in the loop re what was going on, and the car was actually finished much earlier than expected. I also appreciated the fact that they added notes on the bill re things that should also be looked at in the future. My new favorite place! And very reasonable! Thanks again!
