A huge part of what made the visit so positive was the shop manager, Phillip. He was genuinely kind and took the time to thoroughly explain all the required maintenance before any repairs were started. Any additional services were also explained in detail. I truly appreciated the fact that I did not feel pressured to accept extra work, which is a stark contrast to my past experiences at dealerships.
