The shop fixed my AC immediately, and to top it off, they even gave me a ride home while the work was being done—such a thoughtful touch! The entire experience was a true breath of fresh air. Professional Automotive Service has serviced of both my island junker and my "new to me" SUV over several years. Kaitlane and the team provide high quality service, excellent communication, and a friendly attitude. I cannot thank them enough for all of their support. It's stressful when a vehicle breaks down, but I don't worry that Professional Automotive will handle it. They are the best repair shop on the island.

Kaitlane and mechanics were top notch. I had a fuel line break. They were able to get my car in right away. Unfortunately they had to order the part but Kaitlane kept me informed of all updates. As soon as the part arrived, they shifted other work to get my car back on the road the next day!
