Absolutely will never want anyone to have to go through what they have and are still putting me through. Dropped my truck off here a few months back, paid the deposit of several thousand then and have had nothing but trouble getting my truck repaired and back. They still have my truck. Lady here keeps feeding me excuses, poor follow up, they're shut half the time and it's just been a nuisance. They offer no compassion that my work truck that im paying insurance on is sitting in their shop for what they told me would be a 2-week job now for close to or over 4 months. I keep trying to call them and im lucky to get a call back once a week for an update and a new batch of excuses. There is nothing professional about them at all. I wish someone warned me before I took my truck there.

My work vehicle which is a Ford Transit 250 Cargo van had a few issues going on with uneven ware on the tires, a humming noise while driving, a emission error code for the check engine light, and noticeable oil under the engine. Due to the nature of my business it has been hard to find a shop that would accommodate my schedule and also to have a bay large enough to fit the truck.
