Stolen items during a repo... they returned some items days later but not all. A person is already in a bad situation and for you guys to steal belongings is grimey. If it was past the pickup time date fine but if they have till a certain day to get it and do not then its fair game but before that its theft. The police are involved now as well as the bank. They are investigating because what they stole equals out to almost $15,000.00 with loss of wages and security items stolen. So someone looking at an F3 as I'm looking at other reviews I see my items are missing where is my stuff I see make an appt we we had one. Unprofessional. I was attempting to recover my car and nobody would help me. The woman who answered could barely speak English and had me on speaker phone with a lot of background noise. They make you schedule a pickup online, and then don't tell you where to go to pick it up. I called to get the location and all that I was told is "They'll text me the address". Meanwhile, I need to arrange a ride to pick it up. So, I still don't know where I am getting a ride to tomorrow morning at 9 am.

Friendly lady at the office. Took less than 10 mins from time I got there til the time I was in my car leaving. All my belongings were there.

THEY STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS. After a year of medical issues, our vehicle was repoed while we were working with the bank. Or so we thought before this company came and took the vehicle 3 days before the payment was due. Our first call was for our CARSEAT FOR A CHILD and the lady who answered was so very disrespectful and was denying it at first. When we went in, the other lady in the office is actually very very kind. We went and received our personal property from the vehicle while waiting on the banks management to contact us about getting the vehicle back. As soon as we got home I noticed soooo much missing.
