This is the worst most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. My car sat for 3 weeks before an adjuster even made it out to the body shop. They clearly low balled the body shop and there was no way the car could possibly be fixed without ordering parts. Fast forward another 2.5 weeks and an adjuster still has not made it out to approve the parts needed for the repair. The best part though is they called me and lied and said they had ordered parts but they are stuck in customs. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE this company for insurance. They do not value relationships with agents, body shops and worst of all customers.
