Also known as Happy Daze RV, Progressive Housing is a place to avoid at all cost. We recently spent six figures on a top-of-the-line 5th wheel from them. It took six weeks to install some upgrades and make a few repairs. After 6 weeks they told us the unit was ready. We asked to walk through it before signing the final papers and were not allowed to. The basically gave their implied consent that the unit had been repaired to the level one would expect from a luxury rig. We were shocked to find uncompleted work, poor workmanship, and missing upgrades. We took it home and discovered a warped slide out and a poorly installed slide topper that came loose on the freeway. We returned the rig the next day but they refused to refund our investment. It is still sitting in their service department a
