Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Super slow customer service, doesn’t care for you or your car when you’re wanting to see where your claim is at and only wants your money. Switch to another insurance company immediately, because they cannot do their job right. They don’t respond or stay in contact with you and never return any of the voicemails you send them regardless of the amount (i’ve sent around 5 and have not gotten a text nor call back). My main complaint is with the person tracking the claim, and I won’t say who it is but they are very horrible with customer service.

Do not use Progressive. You will buy coverage from them and they will not honor it. Instead they will take your money. Not cover you. Then not renew your policy. Stay away.

The lady who sits right by the window in the front was very professional and nice.

Communication is def not there. I have been with them off and on for six years. I went to a different company and came back had insurance and now wanting to do a new quote but now all of a sudden they wanna go back before Covid time and want me to pay an old bill that I NEVER GOT and it went to collections I suppose but I just had insurance with them. Now why would you go back “ALL OF A SUDDEN” when this could have BEEEEEEEN resolved. The lady wanted to be rude with me and so I hung up because look you don’t want me to get ugly because I’ll take it waaaay in left field with you. So yeah um no. My business going elsewhere. I didn’t fight for this country to be treated with such disrespect and so it was nice knowing you

So why do yall only answer or comment on the people who leaves a good review. What about all reviews, good or bad. Y’all are a joke. Will never use PROGRESSIVE LIERS.
