The customer service lady i spoke to was very in- efficient, didn't listen very well and at one point she actually yelled at me, she was not helpful to me at all, if you ask me, she should be allowed to speak with customers at all.

There rates are insanely high!!! WOAH

Está bien los precios pero no tienen servicio bueno no ay personal bilingüe y tampoco se té ponen personal bilingüe para que sete intérprete para darte un buen servicio y por si fuera poco cuando quieres aser una pregunta y les llamas té contean la makina pero no la el personal té quedás más de 2 horas esperando si vien teva francamente no la recomiendo está aseguranza Progressive piénsalo dos veces.. sólo imagínate en caso de un accidente quien té asistirá tú aseguranza, jajaja, si cuando les llamas no contestan rápido. Ojo te lo digo en serio piénsalo dos veces okey.
