I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of communication and the overall deceitful way this company operates needs to be called out. Things started off fine, but over time it became clear they have no interest in being transparent or honest with their customers. What really pushed me to write this review was the way they handle information. They promise updates, but never follow through. They tell you one thing, then do something completely different. And when you ask for clarification, you get silence, excuses, or vague answers that lead nowhere. It feels like you’re constantly in the dark while they make decisions behind your back. Progressive Insurance company spends 100s of millions of dollars on silly commercials each year. There rates are super high and service is poor. Save yourself some time and money and Avoid Progressive iInsurance company and ther spokesperson Flow I just cancelled an auto policy and went to a competitor, Farmer insurance and save approximately 50% they had the nerve to charge me a $50 cancellation fee which is highly suspect in this industry.

I have been reaching out to them for several DAYS to set an apt. to get a check for our totalled car. Not only have I been calling, but I have texted the line they told me to, and left voicemails. My agent will not answer my calls, and their manager won’t either. It is to the point that we are likely going to have to pay for a rental car because they have lacked in communication so badly that we are losing coverage on our rental. I mentioned this to staff and was told I’d receive a call back, which I have been told three times this week, and I have not received a single call back. This is the worst experience I have had trying to work with a company for a claim

These guys have to be the worst insurance known the man I drop my car off on Thursday and the guy that was helping me was so rude to me and told me that progressive is gonna decline it right off the bat and now they can’t find our car do not take these guys. They are liars and scammers.

When I canceled my insurance they sent me a bill that came 3 months later put the account into collections and never sent any information that they said they would never work with them
