My friend unfortunately had a slight accident on my passenger seat after a night out and I embarrassingly took it to ProLago asking to have the stain + smell removed. I repeatedly apologized and they assured me it absolutely wasn’t a problem. The photos speak for themselves. Thank you to the employees for the exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Awesome service, super quick car wash by hand. The truck looked amazing. One the best car washes I've been too, I was in and out, but my vehicle looked clean. I Paid for a basic car wash and it looked great, definitely will return to get it detailed. Highly recommend in San Jose area

Please save your time and money on this place. I spent $57 for a basic service (not including tip). You can get better car wash at a gas station. I spoke to an employee here letting them know how unsatisfied I was and just said "sorry". I complained about the vacuuming and his response said that was the best they can do for the amount I paid. I complained about some smears that I pointed out and just stayed quiet and said NOTHING about them! I complained about some water marks he said they cant get rid of them (that they're stained- okay I get it) but what about the water running down from the trunk that they didn't wipe dry? The person I spoke to only offered to clean out a couple leaves beneath my windshields but I declined and left so unhappy. The customer service is weak here.

All bad I got one of the highest exterior washes and interior. I still had smudges on the inside and when whe sun hit it I had Hella scratches all over my car. This was a place recommended by someone and I should have stuck to my original place now I got to spend 600 for paint correction.
