My wife and I went to Prominence MIA to look at a luxury car as a birthday gift. Instead of a professional experience, we were treated horribly by a salesman named Nelson. This man looks very sketchy, and we will make sure to reach out to his higher ups. They will lose a lot of business. While my wife was recording the cars in the showroom, Nelson began yelling at her, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We immediately left and will never return. We do not recommend this dealership. On top of the poor treatment, the vehicles in the showroom were in very bad condition for a supposed luxury dealer. Stay away.
