Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

My husband and I noticed oil leaking on our driveway, so we took our car to a mechanic to have it looked at, only to be told that the oil leak was definitely caused from our last oil change. That is, the Service Technician at Prompto in Sanford (where we always get oil changes) didn’t seal the drain plug properly. Now my driveway has bad oil stains, and had to pay my mechanic a fee only to discover that the leak was from Prompto’s careless oil change. I spoke to the Manager before writing this review to privately tell him what happened and to ask him to compensate us for our next oil change (since we never had a problem with them before). After all, it’s the ethical thing to do. Unfortunately, the Manager will not compensate us for the bad oil change telling us that we should have went b

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped in at Prompto for an oil change, and they were awesome! The team was quick, professional, and super friendly. I was in and out in no time, and they even checked a few things on my vehicle without me asking. Great service and fair pricing — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Got in and out quick! No pressure from upsetting. Raj was friendly and helpful.

We were driving through Sanford when the oil change light came on, and minutes later, we drove by Prompto and decided to try it It must have been fate! Nicest people we have EVER dealt with regarding our car - personable, friendly, and honest. Didn't try to sell us a bunch of things we didn't need. Updated us even though we were there only a short time. Courteous. Seemed happy to be there. Price was incredible. Service was so good that we might consider detouring through Sanford for future oil changes here.

It says $29 for oil change and all of a sudden it's almost $60 absolutely rediculous and slamming someone's hood isn't cool.
