Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change

Great group of employees. All pleasant, all respectful, all chill. One of Prompto's "smaller" locations - so not as many bells and whistles available, but great service! Got it done, and did it well. Highly recommend.

My Fiancée brought here 2020 bmw in. She just bought it last year. The car went 1000 miles and blew up. BMW’s service department said it was due to lack of oil, and the vehicle didn’t burn oil and there was no leaks. $30,000 down the drain. They said they wouldn’t do anything to help because they noted “a faint tick” coming from under the hood. An insanely broad statement voids them of anything

They really mean it when they say 10 minutes! Quick and easy with great service! Definitely my new go to for oil changes.

Brought my car here for an oil change 2 weeks ago- noticed my car was leaking oil all over my garage floor. Brought it back in and asked them to repair the issue and do the oil change again properly this time. Issue was a faulty crush washer that was not inspected before installation. When they finished the work and put a new crush washer on they billed me the $100 for the oil change that they screwed up due to negligence the first time around. $200 and a couple wasted afternoons later, finally have an oil change done properly that isn’t leaking and damaging the concrete on my garage floor. Very disappointed in this location. Will not be coming back. Make your own choice if you think it’s worth coming here, but I will not be trusting these techs to lay another hand on my car again. UP

To whom it may concern. The “owner” denied my claim that they are the reason my car blew up 12 DAYS AFTER LEAVING THEIR SHOP And the bmw service team said it was due to oil starvation. Who would have thought the owner would tell me it’s not his fault.
