No stars… Do not ever go to this place. There was a big miscommunication. I went here 02/01/26 around 6:00pm. With the intention of purchasing a new tire for my vehicle I previously called ahead to see if they had my tire size and how much it will cost. I was advised it would be 125+ tax. When I got there, I was greeted by a female employee that we kind of could understood each other. She assigned me a place in line by using a sticky note on my vehicle. Later on a technician (male)came to help me and he could not speak English so we had a barrier. The technician asked for my wheel lock key to undo the lug nuts for my tires. The technician used my wheel key lock to unbolt four lug nuts but could not unbolt the fifth lug nut. So the technician called over his coworker (male)who could tran

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY SERIOUS REPAIRS! I had the worst experience with them. I had a minor oil leak in my ‘06 Monte Carlo so I went to them to fix it. It took forever for them to get it done and on top of that apparently I had gotten a parking ticket because of THEM and they never even said anything about it they just threw the ticket away and I had to find out in the mail when it said I was late to paying it. But besides their awful service, they ruined my car. When I got it back they had removed all the transmission fluid and didn’t even replace it. At first when I got the car I noticed it would take an awful lot for it to start but the oil leak was gone at least. The car worked well for 5 days but after that is when serious issues happened. They get the job done but they need a better system when taking in customers. One person tells you to park somewhere and never actually comes up to you but other people come in after you and get taken care of. Great that its open late

I came to Pronto Tires for a simple patch, and it turned into a nightmare. The wait was ridiculously long, even though the service I needed was quick and basic. On top of that, the customer service was the worst I’ve experienced — no clear communication, no updates, and no sense of urgency. If you value your time and expect even minimal professionalism, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Now this is my place to go all the time for my work trucks and the are always so nice and they got the best prices.
