The service was smooth and stress-free, and he even sent me pictures once the tow was complete, which I really appreciated. Great communication and excellent customer service. Had a vehicle that needed to be towed over a holiday weekend. The truck came incredibly fast, and the owner, Bryson, helped my wife and I out by sending pictures after the fact to help further document damage done to our car, also on a holiday. He answered all our questions and phone calls personally and even sent us our tags back because I forgot to remove them from the car. I wish there was a way to give 6 stars because Prontow deserves it. Always completely professional, personable, friendly, expedient, and went above and beyond what was needed for us to take care of our situation. If you’re ever in the Lincolnton area and need a tow, make sure Prontow is your FIRST call!

He came out and did a great job moving my shed. It was it a tight location and was able to maneuver my shed out and get it to its new location quickly. Highly recommend him for moving sheds!
