I had an amazing experience with Proper BodyWerks after my BMW X4 was rear-ended by a semi truck. The damage was pretty significant, and there was concern from BMW’s collision center that the car could potentially be totaled based on the insurance company’s initial estimate, which only included aftermarket parts. Because BMW does not install aftermarket parts, they weren’t sure if they would be able to repair it without it being considered a total loss. That’s when I decided to go with Proper BodyWerks. Marcin went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired the right way using certified OEM BMW parts. That was extremely important to me because I really didn’t want my car totaled. Got in an accident and I started looking for a reputable shop. I was just recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint!! The owner Marcin was very easygoing and he'd send me an update every time I asked about the car. He made my car look new again inside and out like it just left the dealer lot. I'd come back again if I need any help with paintings or any customization!!

Marcin is a great guy, not just his mechanic skills but he always hooks me up with great deals and gets my car back to me asap, I had accidents twice on my mercedes and even with his busy schedules he managed to get the car done quickly. His job is perfect i found no imperfections after getting the car back both the times! Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs body work done. He always tries his best to get everything covered in my insurance aswell!!

Service was fast, easy, and very well priced. The paint job they did is amazing, when i’m in front of my car i can’t even tell it’s an aftermarket bumper. 10/10 job, I will definitely be coming back here The top picture is before and the bottom picture is after.

There was nothing but great service and communication. They kept me updated through every single step. The price was great and the work done was top notch. The car looks better than the day I bought it. I brought the car in for a rear end accident, all the panels were misaligned and there frame was pushed in. Everything looks brand new now and all the panel gaps are perfect.
