Popped in for a leaking tire, and they were able to help me out. They found a nail in the tire and were able to patch it up for me (cost around $45). Took maybe 20 minutes at most to check my car and tires, and repair. All of the staff were really friendly and I'm happy they were able to fix it up so quickly! Really fast service, affordable pricing, and friendly staff!

I called a few different tire shops in Ballard, and Pros Tires stood out with their neighborhood mobile service. I had a flat tire that was non-repairable and no spare, but I had a used tire stored in my garage. Carlos was incredibly friendly and understood my needs right away. Javier came by quickly and installed the tire on my car—super fast and hassle-free! I was able to pay online, so I didn’t even need to visit the shop. Great value, super convenient, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire. They said I needed a new tire "due to wear" even though the tires only have 5K miles on them. They also said that because the screw was so close to the sidewall they couldn't repair it. I went to the larger shop down the street, and they repaired it without any problems.

Highly recommend this shop (tires, alignment, auto repair) they do it all. I’ve got a new set of tires for my bmw mounted and balanced here and Carlos and his team did an excellent job. Trustworthy and friendly guys, great atmosphere and same day service. What more can you ask for
