ProSource Auto Repair

The alternator in my truck went out. I went to O’Reilly and purchased a remanufactured one and installed it myself. After about a week. I started having issues. I took it to ProSource and they informed me my alternator I was sold was defective from factory. I told them to go ahead and do the replacement but to leave me with the one that was in it so I could return it. The employees were very nice and they suggested I get an upgraded alternator installed because of all the aftermarket accessories I have on my vehicle. Their price point was very fair and they completed the work very quickly and left the old alternator in a nice cardboard box in the vehicle. I am very satisfied with their work and I will be returning if I have any issues that I can’t take on myself.

I have been here twice now, and they will forever be my go to car shop in Duluth. They are so good at explaining what’s wrong to non-car type people and don’t make you feel stupid for asking stupid questions. They are also super transparent with pricing and include all taxes and labor when giving quotes. Highly recommend!

I needed to get my car repaired to get it ready to sell, the receptionist was absolutely amazing and soo sweet. They are very reasonably priced. The mechanics listened to my needs and gave me advice on what repairs needed to be done. This is my new mechanic, I will never go to anyone else in Duluth and I suggest you do the same!
