This is unquestionably the best auto body shop around. Period. Gary just did some work on my car with excellent results, as usual. He explained what was needed, set everything up (including contacting insurance company), and did the work in record time. He also took care of some related issues as part of the job. With his friendly, open attitude and professional approach, he makes the whole experience hassle-free. Both he and Charlie run a great shop! I recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

The least stressful auto repair experience - no BS, no up-sell, just laid out the options and the job was completed as described ahead of time with some extra finishing that was not part of the specs. Great local shop. They went out of their way to take me on short notice. Fixed a bumper for $90 that I was sure would require major work, and it looked like new. I couldn't believe what they were able to do. These guys are a local independent shop and work hard to earn business. It's clear they don't take their customers for granted. I have no bloody idea what the anonymous bad reviews are about. Maybe they are competitors. It's sad Google would let people anonymously damage the reputation of a small business. I had no trouble getting my car back, and they even let me come back and pay later when I didn't have enough cash on me.
