Prospect Park Auto Body Repair

I wish there was a way where I couldn't give any stars. This has to be the most unprofessional place I come across. They do not respect people's time. I went there in the morning to get an estimate for repair on my car and I was scheduled to come back at 2 pm to assess the damage. I went there at 130pm and the shop was closed. I left being that the appointment was for 2pm. I went back before 2pm and the shop was still closed. I called the number and he told me to give him 30minutes, which would have been 2:22pm. I got to the shop at 2:20 and the shop was still closed. I waited for him for 15 minutes because I thought he was probably running late. When I called him he said that he was there and he didn't see me so he left. So a liar!!

This is by far the best auto body shop in Town, the owners are awesome, honest, compassionate and understanding, they will help you from start to finish, I will only go to them!!!!

Great group of guys at this auto body shop, if you need any work done do not hesitate to stop in. Jose and Joel are great.
