Bryan came and towed my neighbor out… he noticed my neighbor got stuck again and helped without hesitation, Bryan was very kind extremely professional and polite

Yesterday I got my son car alternators broke in the middle of the highway on 495 North. I call AAA and they sent me the folks from Prospect St Auto in Methuen. The truck driver I believe his name is Fernando, very professional and polite, he took me to my mechanic and gave me some tips for safety in the road and in case something happened he said they are always available. Thanks again for helping me last night

Jorge was kind and arrived quickly! Having a disability made it difficult to get into the truck. With Jorge’s help I was able to navigate easier. Thank you for sending me a saint!

I got roadside service through these guys. The driver was on time, but wouldn’t tow me to the location I requested. Instead, he towed me about 20 minutes to another rest area and said someone else would be coming to get me from there. No truck ever arrived and I got no notifications, I had to submit a whole new request through AAA for another ride. I do not like to leave bad reviews, but looking at the other comments, clearly I’m not the only one who’s had issues with this place.

Using AAA they accepted my tow. They did not show up 2 hours. When I called AAA they said they would have their dispatcher call me. Which they never did. I canceled after wasting way too much of my time.
