Protech Auto Group Coraopolis

My brakes were completely gone. I had my car towed to Protech. They were able to fix everything in the same day and explained to me what was wrong. The cost was less than I anticipated. The people that I encountered there were kind and respectful.

Gave me a better understanding of the tire selection what he felt was a better tread than another. He had thorough understanding of what was what. I came in for my appointment was in and out within an hour even after adding another service to my appointment. Very reasonable prices. Great customer service skills! (Which is a lost art these days) I’ll be back and have already told others to go there.

Caught a flat driving to work. Called AAA to put my donut on. Called around tire and auto places and got the run around. I even called a big box store where I got them originally and was displeased with the phone call. Another place would only take me if I replaces all 4 tires. Something about the 4matic (Mercedes) messing up or something. After failed phone calls, I decided to stop by the shop and met with Patrick. He is no fuss straight to the point. He checked my car out, told him what I wanted and the rest is history. I stopped on a Saturday he said I'll have ur tires Monday. Jesse called Monday morning I told him I'll be up at 12 and it was 1:15PM I was walking out the door. Protech offers great pricing, quick yet detailed service and a no fuss approach to your vehicle service needs.

Patrick was great and did a wonderful job. Repairs were fast and fair priced. I would be 5 stars if I didn’t see and hear the tech lay tire leaving the lot for a road test.

First time there. The Supplies charge and visa surcharge were not explained before my wife paid. I thought the $130 included everything but taxes. Live and learn.
