Amazing company! I first called another provider and got the runaround for a day and a half. They told me they’d be out the next morning since they couldn’t get the parts that night, but they never showed up or even called me back after touching base that morning. Out of frustration, I reached out to ProTech, and I’m so glad I did. From the start, they kept me well-informed, gave me the knowledge I needed to prevent the issue from happening again, and went above and beyond to save me money while getting the hub, wheels, and parts replaced quickly. Truly a company that cares about the people they serve. Dale was awesome!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My driver stopped here for what should have been a straightforward repair: an oil change and a DEF pump replacement. We spoke with the shop beforehand and were told the labor rate was $120 per hour, and they assured us they could take care of the truck without any issues. The driver even purchased the DEF pump himself to keep the cost down. What should have been a repair costing around $1,200-$1500 at most ended up costing $2,700. The shop claimed 4 hours of labor just to perform an oil change and 6 hours of labor to replace the DEF pump, which is extremely unreasonable. $345 for regen...I mean just a highway robbery anyway you look at it. OTR drivers, please be careful. Do not rely on verbal assurances and always ask for a clear estimate of labor hour

Outstanding Service from Mr Josh, the mechanic. Very reasonable price and knowledgeable mechanic. Josh arrived on site and went straight to the air leak I had and had me fixed up within 2 hours. Thank you Mr Joey for your prompt reply and fast service!! Highly recommended for any diesel services!!

I am a very satisfied customer. The owner Joey Moak is quite understanding, humble and friendly. Josh the technician was fantastic to work with helping resolve my DPF issues. He worked tirelessly into the night and morning to get me going. His sacrifice, knowledge and efforts were enormous and resolved my problem. I appreciate it because he was able to get my truck back on the road to meet my next day delivery. The prices are also reasonable and I would highly recommend Protech Diesel Services to any one in need of help while in the area.

Understand that I’m from Virginia, it’s Thursday evening about 430 pm week before Christmas, I blow turbo on side of 49 down in Florence, MS. Found Protech on google, gave em a shot because I knew dealers were gonna give me ‘two week backlogged’ spill. My truck is quite the custom job, not factory specs on just about anything. These guys worked with me from the start! Everyone there was extremely polite and helpful. After making contact they called me a towing service to pull me to their shop ( which was extremely reasonable and quality service too, Halls towing and recovery I believe). The owner of Protech himself took me to a hotel that night because all the parts weren’t available and it wasn’t going to happen as easily as we hoped.
