I contacted Jason from PRO TECH MOBILE because my cars check-engine light came on, and the engine wasnt running smooth. Jason the Pro Tech responded back to my email with in hours, i was able to set-up my appointment and I'm so impressed that he was able to come to my apartment and service my only vehicle the next day. Jason at PRO TECH MOBILE did a diagnostic test on my vehicle and didn't just tell me what was wrong; he showed me the problem and explained everything clearly, without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. I felt respected and confident in the honest work. He saved me time and money and my car runs perfectly now.

The experience was a dream experience! So nice and dealt with the issues with an ease that made my concerns about the car disappear as he fixed it. He even helped me when I asked if anything else needed fixed. He told me about the low tire safety tread lines so you know when to replace it. A few days later I was able to fix that too thanks to him. I really liked how he explained everything.

Jason was able to complete a pre-purchase inspection for me the same day that I called. He was extremely thorough in the inspection, provided a detailed and articulate recap via phone, and sent a written summary with photos (we are stationed overseas). A few days before, I booked a pre-purchase inspection on a different car in another state. It was more than double the price and nowhere near as comprehensive. ProTech provides and excellent value and service. Thanks again for helping me find the right vehicle. I wish I could use you to look at cars in other states!

Jason is great, has come out a couple times for my car when I've had issues. He's friendly and will help you understand what's happening with your car if you're not a car person like me. Definitely recommend.

I had Jason come and thoroughly inspect a vehicle that my wife and I had just purchased. He took his time, provided me with what I believe to be accurate and honest information and at least gave some peace of mind in the purchase.
