We have been customer of Prudential Auto since 1999 and bought so far 6 cars between my family, we keep coming back because of the good service we get all around between maintenance and purchasing. This time was not the exception, we just got our 6th car, a 2021 BMW X3 and we got the same good service and help as always via MOE who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as excelent as always. I was interested in a vehicle. I called the dealer and asked questions/details about the car, I got very brief uncertain answers. All i asked was about the tire condition, engine oil, brakes, and maintenance record. Car had 75k miles, told me tires are new, brakes are good, no maintenance record and does not know when oil was last changed. I gave a reasonable offer, at first he said "let me check", then rejected it. I tried to negotiate another price and now all the sudden he says "no negotiations on price." We ended the call. I decided to call about a half hour later, asked to see if i can come look at the car, tells me its sold. The car was for sale since October 2014, over 200 days on the market. Very poor customer service and non negotiable people.
