I cant say enough good things about Kurt and his business!! This man is the definition of customer service from the start, middle, and well after the sale! I hurt my back moving stoves for my business, and really just needed a Tommy Gate. Every single place I called was a 10 week backorder for the gate I wanted. Called Kurt, and not only did he have the gate I wanted in stock, on the monday before thanksgiving, he was able to process my sale and get the pallet ready and truck ordered and sent me all the info I needed for the shipment and tracking. The transparency and communication were second to none! Even with the holiday, the gate arrived in exactly one week, and Kurt was once again ready to answer any question's I had.
