PT Auto Repair

This place is 100% AMAZING. Wilson and his other mechanic are always so friendly and professional. I've been coming here for 7-8yrs after trying to find a garage with great reviews. They usually repair my car in a timely manner, take time to show me the problem and explain why it's necessary for repairs. They have always given me a fair & reasonable price compared to other quotes that have wanted to charge me $100's more. Another garage was quoting me an extra $400 more than Wilsons quote for a repair!! Wilson is very honest and has told me, "I do 'NOT' need certain car parts/repairs" when other mechanics have told me that I do need them. So, I'm confident in saying on here, 'they have never tried to rip me off by selling me something that I did not need'. They have always "advised" me

I’ve been a faithful customer for 3 years! Wilson is really the best!! Very honest, kind, hard working, and is just a wonderful human being!! It’s very hard to find an honest mechanic these days and someone you can trust. I’m so lucky to have found a very knowledgeable mechanic. Wilson’s honesty is what keeps me always coming back. I will not go anywhere else! I always refer him to everyone I know. In addition to Wilson he added Pedro to his shop. Pedro is equally honest and wonderful just like Wilson. Please support his shop in Medford. You won’t be disappointed!

Wilson is top notch he is one of the nicest honest mechanic and he will give you his honest opinion not out to gauge you i highly recommend y this shop Super friendly and honest can’t go wrong

I was charged 25 dollars for a job that took them two minutes to tighten the bolts on my windshield wiper arms; I would never go back.

Great mechanic at a reasonable price. Our Nissan Rogue is a little long in the tooth (13 years) and Wilson helps us keep it going strong. Was hearing loud noises during acceleration. Had a cracked exhaust pipe that was going to cost a lot of $$$$ to replace at a dealership. Wilson put a metal tube around the crack and tack weld it for us at a fraction of the cost. He's also good at taking a look at your car and giving an honest opinion on little things that could be potential issues to take care of so they don't become actual big problems down the road.
