While traveling to Texas from Iowa we were running into a major snowstorm when all of a sudden we started having car issues and couldn’t drive over 40mph on the interstate. We called several mechanics with zero luck but this man went above and beyond to get us SAFELY back on the road, even staying open later to complete the repairs. He got us safely to our hotel and then drove my vehicle back when it was completed. I would 100% recommend and trust this shop with every vehicle i owned if i lived in this town!! THANK YOU TO YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!

We were traveling from Cedar Rapids Iowa to Butler Missouri when my fuel pump started pumping gas onto my engine.. we were stranded and were referred to PTL by a Casey’s employee . By the time I made it to their repair shop smoke was ROLLING out from under my hood. These guys stopped everything they were doing to help us! Took care of my car, helped us get a Hotel room, and took us to the Hotel. Ordered the part.. came in early on a SATURDAY morning to install it and get us back on the road!!!!! I’m SURE no other Auto Repair business would have been so helpful, kind, and really cared about our situation. They were AMAZING!! If you are looking for a good honest mechanic, you have found one at PTL. My daughter came for a visit from Colorado and was having mechanical issues, PTL was the only mechanic that would look at it. Mike ordered the part and she was back on the road the next day. And this Mom will always be grateful for everything he did, he is a kind and caring person, I would highly recommend him. I was traveling from Columbia to DesMoines. I was getting gas at Bethany when I had a collision with a school bus. My cars left front fender was damaged. I then went to PTL to make sure I was safe to drive home. They took off my fender and I drove the rest of the way safely. They did a great job and didn’t charge me for the work they did. Great and quick service! My son’s car broke down in the Walmart parking lot next to their business. After it was towed over there, they had the issue diagnosed and was able to put in a new battery and alternator all in less than 24 hours! Super impressed with Mike and so thankful for the quick work.
