My experience with salesperson Brent at Public Wholesalers was unprofessional and clearly biased. From the start, he spoke to my friend with a condescending tone, making assumptions about how he planned to pay and pressuring him despite being told his purchase timeline. When I asked to test drive a red Raptor, Brent took my ID and got the key, only to announce that he would be driving me—which defeats the entire purpose of a test drive. He couldn’t cite a policy, a safety concern, or any reason beyond a vague reference to “the boss.” After reading other reviews, it’s obvious this isn’t the first time he has selectively denied customers test drives, which makes the pattern even more concerning. I just purchased a vehicle two days ago because me and my daughter were in a tragic accident and hit head on so purchasing a vehicle was not in my plans at all ! Well this morning there was smoke everywhere , through the vents etc and it was on the expressway and it was overpowering and terrifying , I called the dealership the first gentlemen I spoke to stated the owner would make it right etc and then when the sales guy ( Brent ) called back he told me call the fire department and pretty much pray about it , what in the actual hell , I was displeased with the disregard to life and the incident that occurred im not happy at all
