When it came time to pay, he said cash only, which I agreed to—no problem at all. However, my company requires a simple receipt to prove the repair was done. I recently had my car serviced at Puente Hills Firestone and was lucky enough to have Rich as my mechanic. I'm usually wary of dealership service departments, but Richy completely changed my mind. He was incredibly thorough in explaining the recommended services and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions.
