GAVE US CAR BACK IN DANGEROUS CONDITION!!! We had our 3rd warranty engine replacement. There was very poor communication on the status of the car and when we would get it back. When we finally got it back, there was a very obvious rattling noise coming from the car. We took it back the next day and overheard the technician tell the service agent that the tires weren't fully torqued and there were other loose screws that they tightened. This is a car that my wife and kids use daily and the tires could have came off at any moment! After they tightened the screws, the very next day the engine completely shut off while driving it. We were able to get it in a safe place to check it and there is ZERO oil in the engine. Not one drop. I can not believe the negligence towards our vehicle and thes

Horrible! Wasted my time. I called over the weekend to ask if I still had free services because I bought my car last year & they transferred me to someone else the man asked my name and verified the car we had & asked how many miles we had I told him we had 26k and he said oh yeah you have until 35k or 3 years. So he sent me back to the girl & she scheduled me for my appointment. Mind you I have young children & work full time it is difficult and requires a lot of planning to schedule these things I scheduled for today at 11 & when we arrived they told me I had no free services so it was just a tactic to try and get me to pay for a service. Wasting peoples time is so disrespectful, prior to this I had a perfect experience there the process of buying my car excellent but I will never go to

Today's customer service was not that good. Not to mention my car was detailed but I had to go home and clean my windows cuz they were dirty. Even the side mirrors I had to clean.I don't mind paying for service if it's done well I just think I should be treated respectfully. When I try to pick up my car the customer service section acted like if they were doing me a favor. They were quite disrespectful today.

Really unfortunate customer service. Took it in for a known common issue which hyundai even extended the warranty on for power steering system. They told me it’s wire damage. Rodent bite thru. So I asked to see the damage. And they declined to show me. Said I have to approve the work first before he can open it back up because he put everything together from last night to today. In other words they declined to prove to me the wire damage and declined to serve me at all. And still wanted me to pay for diag.

These guys take care of my car needs BUT I'm not afraid to negotiate prices and fees because I don't think it's fair to price gouge and sell on ppls emotional state! I chose the dealership because an oil change fee was literally a hundred dollars cheaper then a jiffy lube!!!! Every staff member is courteous, and accommodating, even with renovations, they will offer a ride to Starbucks to work/ chill while waiting since renovations are going on.
