How long does it take to get an oil change? Well apparently 3 hours. I had an appointment scheduled at 10am but I'm not sure that really matters because the time it takes to service the car is 3 hours at least. And it's just an oil change! When I pulled up I asked the service advisor if they had just a quick service line for oil changes only, and he said they did. I told him they need to have two or even three rapid service lines for their techs to get cars in and out. I believe they'll take anyone, and even walk-ins. Therefore appointments don't have any priority. I hate that I have to get service here but it was included with the purchase of my vehicle. I didn’t want to spend my time bashing on a business because it’s just not my thing but I just don’t like being lied too about things my car “might need service for” according to the service representative (the Asian one). So for starters, my car had one of the sensors to determine your tire pressure not working which caused the caution light to turn on my dash. Nissan had fixed this issue in the past and that light was no longer visible. All I went in for yesterday was an oil change and afterwords I was told that that same light had came on for the same reason “(the sensor was messed up)” and if I wanted to have it looked at I would have to pay $240 just for a diagnostic! Spoke to Mr. Ying at the service center. My car was diagnosed and serviced accurately and quickly. Mr Ying went out of his way to get me a loaner. I would recommend this dealership to friends 5 stars
