This review and thank you is long overdue. Over the summer I received several courtesy calls reminding me of a pending recall on the paint of my car. The paint had been retouched a couple of years prior but the warranty recall was about to expire and I was urged to bring the car for any further repairs. I almost didn't go. The car had it's normal wear and tear and I didn't see anything wrong but I'm glad I did take it in. Recently I ordered some rubber inserts for the the wiper blades for our Highlander. I didn't bother to check them because I have replaced the inserts before (on another vehicle). It turns out, the front blades were after market and didn't fit. I replaced the rear insert easily, but I needed to return the other two front ones since I had the wrong parts. When I first tried to call, it was extremely busy and I was placed on hold. I was driving to my next destination so the wait didn't bother me too much. After 18 minutes I decided to try calling again. Robert was extremely helpful on the phone by ordering the correct part for me. I used to like to order online parts from them. They were local here in So. California and quick to ship. I needed more parts for a 2011 Scion and went online. They had the parts but were nearly $40 more than another dealer and their shipping was nearly the same as a dealer shipping from Virginia. I contacted them to see if they'd price match and received an email they would not price match and to "order from the other dealer if they have the parts because one appears backordered". That was the end of me doing business with Puente Hills Toyota. I understand if they won't price match, but they didn't address the shipping and just blew me off, told me to go somewhere else. Okay, will do.
