Went in for new tires and James was most helpful. He suggested a variety of tires for my Jeep and helped me find the best deal. He pointed out rebate opportunities and assisted me with filing for them. They got me in and out with a new set of Firestones, and $175 in debates on the way. Nice riding and very quiet on the road. Recommend you check them out before buying anywhere else!

Earlier this year we had an electrical issue with our Mazda's door locks. This Pugh's ran diagnostics and thought they knew the problem and quoted me on the repair. When that didn't work they had our car taken to their store in Greenville which had more experience dealing with electrical issues. That store worked on it for hours, got it fixed and drove the car back to the Washington store, which only charged me its original quote. No charge for taking the car to Greenville and back and all the extra diagnostics. Amazing. Took our Toyota 4-Runner in yesterday as I had noticed an oil leak. They were really busy, but worked me in, found the problem, got a needed part and fixed it for no charge since they had recently done an oil change. The customer is truly first here. Very refreshing. James was amazing help from the beginning. He had 4 new tires ordered, delivered, and his awesome crew put them on my ride and had my car back on the road all in the same day. Thankful for the upgrade; it’s a major difference. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys are awesome! Got there at 7:40 am. 20 minutes before they opened. Asked for an alignment and found out that I needed way more. They showed me that my front struts were blown out, ball joints were bad as well. I told them I needed it done today and they said no problem. I was really surprised that they were able to replace all the worn parts to get my truck back driving straight. The price was reasonable as well. At the last minute when I picked up the truck I asked if they could change my two back tires and with 20 minutes till closing time they did it! Thanks again guys! Excellent job!

I have gotten 3 different sets of tires from them and they have all been priced great. Not to mention they rotate them for free and always check everything else for me when they do them. I have replaced many others things on my vehicles there… sensors of all sort, front suspension, exhaust, alignments, oil changes, and gosh knows what else. James will get you the best price he can and the guys in the back know what they are doing. All done in a professional and timely manner. But best part of is the respect and curiosity they show their customers. Long term customer!
