We came to Pugh's Tire & Service Center and Justin was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable with what we needed for our vehicle. He spent time helping us and making sure our vehicle was done right. Made us feel right at home. We will continue to use Pugh's in Williamston NC for all our vehicle needs. Not many places will help with Justin did. He will have our business and we will be sending others there also.
Got my car back after a few hours getting oil change today. Mr. Justin was very helpful with getting it situated. Anytime we have car issues we always go to Pugh’s I think they know by name now lol. Justin is always super helpful and explains all the issues to us as well to make sure we know what’s going on.
I always come to Pugh's to get my tires rotated and my oil changed. They do a free tire rotation with each oil change. The people are always super super nice and I don't think the price is bad.
Came in with about 10 minutes until closing with a tire issue & Jeff came right out to our car to see what the issue was. They ended up staying over and past closing time to put a new tire on versus having to come back the next day since our tire had an unsafe issue going on. Great customer service
I was in a real bind today with no transportation & nobody to come to my aid. my jeep had an almost totally flat tire with a huge screw stuck in it. I called Pugh's and talked with Justin for help. Even though Pugh's was EXTREMELY busy & booked up with appointments, Justin told me to come in. Justin informed me I might have to wait a little while but he would work me in and get my tire fixed. I am so thankful to Justin's dedication to his job and helping his customers. Justin went above and beyond to help me. I would also like to commend and thank Sandy whom fixed my tire. Sandy was very polite, experienced, and knowledgeable. Sandy knew exactly how to deal with the aggravating, difficult rims on my Jeep.
