My car caught a flat on the NJ turnpike and I couldn't get one lug nut off. The NJ turnpike road side service couldn't get it off neither. Puleio's was dispatched to tow my Range Rover to the next exit. They came within an hour and the young man Jurod was very pleasant. I gladly paid the $200 to go one exit because that's way cheaper than being towed off of NY highways. Thankful that he towed me to a well lit area being that this happened at 4am in the morning. It was even better that there was a good year tire shop where he dropped us off. I read the poor reviews for this company but they were a blessing for me this morning!

I had this company work on my truck a few months back. I was broke down on Jersey Turnpike and they towed me off It’s been months now. My truck is running excellent driveshaft or something like that. Had messed up , but I tell you nicest guys great work good job friendly Yeah you broke down out of state truck driver no Family or friends to help you these guys reached out to help and I just want to say I appreciate them. And if I have a breakdown again which I truly hope not but if I did in New Jersey around exit 8 or nine somewhere like that then these people in a nice way these people are the ones I would refer to you to call. and they have fair pricing. Just a little knowledge from truck driver to driver

My car was towed from route 1 in North Brunswick , once I pay & go to my car the cover is falling off , the bumper is also falling off and my gas tank is now leaking & when I go in to talk to the manager he just blames it on a scratch I had on the bumper… it’s sad how their still in service. This cannot stay like this and it won’t! I will be contacting my lawyer

My car was towed here after a late-night collision. The next morning I went to retrieve it and based on the horrendous Google reviews, I was expecting the worst. But shockingly what I found were people who were professional, knowledgeable, caring and helpful. They took the time to walk me through the insurance process to avoid paying any of the towing and storage fees out-of-pocket. They also helped me retrieve my belongings from the car and even engaged a forklift to clear the path. And most importantly, they advised me to take the license plates, which I needed in order to stop insurance coverage when the vehicle was deemed beyond repair.

Avoid at all costs. Dishonest and unhelpfull not wonder they only do turnpike towing. NJTP needs to partner with better tow companies. there are so many in NJ, how this one keeps their access to the NJTP is crazy. Person at the front desk was extremely rude.
