After checking the reviews for this place and seeing that they were very good. I went to Pulido's Auto Repair Inc. today to ask how much they charge to replace the front brakes on my car. From the moment I walked into the office, my first impression was that I wasn't going to have a good experience. The lady who attended to me looked me up and down and asked me with a bad attitude, "Can I help you ?" with a completely unprofessional face and expression. I told her I was there because I wanted to know how much they charge to change the brakes on my car. She said they had to inspect it before giving me a price and that they would charge me $37 just for the inspection. I said, "Well, this is the first time I've been asked for an inspection. What do they check during the inspection?" She said

They are honest: I took my car and of course the moment I leave it decides to work perfectly fine, so they did not just guess what was wrong, they took the necessary time to properly diagnose the issue with my car. Trustworthy: I like that they took the the time to explain to me and help me understand the issue as well as look into any other questions I had, always giving their honest opinion and recommendation.
