Pulidos Wheels and Tires

I came in today, I needed to have tire checked because it was flat. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the gentleman Alex who helped me out. He was very professional and welcoming. The service was excellent, I was in and out quickly. They changed my tire and checked all my tires. I will definitely come back for any future tire services because I know I’m in good hands. Thank you Alex and your team for helping me today.

This place us to be a trusted location haven't been here in a couple of years. The front counter rep tried scamming me and voided my warrant on my alignment do to his reason of bad lower control arm bushing but could not even show me were they showed any play or tares. When confronting him about it all he could say is that thell eventually will go out. We'll no shit of course they will but at the time of the alignment today they were still in great condition. Either he wanted the charger me a $45 inspection fee for not getting the alignment done or charger me more for additional work not needed. Even the mechanic that did the alignment said that they look good after i asked to see the bushing again and he said that he only does the what he's told.

I went to the store to check the air in my tires. The young man who took care of me not only put air in my tires, but also checked my tires and informed me that my tires would need to be replaced soon. He did his research and found me the tires I needed. He gave me his honest feedback about the services I needed and those I didn’t. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Every time I go to Pullido’s Tires, my experience is superb and the service is the best. This is the reason why my family and I have been customers of Pullido’s Tires in Moreno Valley for decades.

I stopped by after work yesterday. They were busy and it was approaching closing time. They still took care of the flat I had and repaired it fast too! The guy that was patching my tire was really nice, I wish I would have got his name to mention it on here. Definitely recommending this place.

Came here back in October for some new rear tires and come to find out today while rotating them, one of the tires is cupped and has a plug in it -_- , you guys sold me a used tire at full price! Thanks a lot.
