Big shoutout to Alex and his team! Pur Collision Center offers honest work at very reasonable prices in the LA area. I called and sent a message for a quote, and he responded right away. He said the car would be done in 3–4 days, and he kept his promise exactly. My car looks like it just came straight out of the factory. 100% recommend this shop! The best in LA area.

Best customer service. Charged exactly what I was quoted and the work looks great and was quick. Alex was very communicative throughout the process: texting updates, sending me up-to-date invoices when I made my deposit. Made me feel very comfortable. They helped me get to the car rental- even picking me back up when Hertz fell through and bringing me to Enterprise. Alex had called ahead to make sure they had a car for me and that I got the bodyshop rate. All around great vibes in the shop. I hope I don't need body work again anytime soon, but when I do I know where I am going.
