I recently called and spoke to Melissa while I was investigating snow tires for my elderly father. She was so extremely helpful! She went out of her way sending pictures and different options and pricing without pushing the sale or overloading me with information I wouldn't be able to understand (being a girl not used to snow or the need for snow tires). She took the necessary time to make sure I was comfortable with the information and all my questions were answered so that my father would be safe driving for his winter in Montana.
