Purcell Tire and Service Centers

I can’t say enough about these guys at Purcell tire. And the office staff. We brought a tractor tire in and they immediately got on it. In a couple of days we had Another issue. Brought it back down, The immediately took care of it, and then wouldn’t charge us, saying that it was taken care of before. Definitely will do business here again. Great customer service.

The service for fixing my flat tire was great. However, I had to give my card information over the phone in order to pay for the service. Coincidentally, I had fraudulent a charge not even 6 hours after giving my payment information. My bank confirmed that the fraudulent charge was paid for with ApplePay. Really seems like the lady who took my card information over the phone helped herself by saving my payment information and using for herself later that day. Don’t pay over the phone if you use this company or better yet, try to find a company with integrity over using this one.

I had 3 flats within one hour of buying tires before going out of town. The worker who arrived was a great human being. Most workers would not had came back to fix yet another tire, but he did and he fixed a mistake caused by Tire Tracks of Fayetteville. Tire Tracks did absolutely nothing to fix their error and showed zero concern for me being stranded out of town after buying tires from them. Purcell tires had patience with me paying them, not their usual policy, but I did pay them back because they did an outstanding job. America would actually be a great country if more companies acted like Purcell Tires did towards me. I hope they treat more people with the respect they showed me and recieve blessings in their future endeavors.

Affordable and fast. Popped a tire on the way to work and was too busy to deal with it myself- they had my tire and came out within a couple of hours. So easy. Thank you!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff!!! Great price!!! I highly recommend. Thank you Purcell Team!
