Jason is extremely professional and helping as a point of contact while navigating my entire situation needing a full set of trailer tires on my flatbed semi trailer and 3 new Donkey tires. It was a bit of a complicated process due to the size of truck and trailer, whether it should be left or unhitched, etc. They were super flexible and detail oriented. I appreciated that the most. Quick service when it came down to it. Great job guys! The gentleman who is pictured installing the donkey forklift tire(I can't recall his name) was very professional and helpful as well! His work ethic and customer service skills are excellent. Give these guys a raise. Seriously.

Had a blow out today on a toy hauler going down 44. They were able to get me in without a wait and had the tires I needed in stock. Awesome staff and great service. Was back on the road within an hour or so and made it home safe. Can't thank you guys enough. 7-10-24

Purcell Tire is my go to place now, Jason is 10/10 customer service and all the guys get me taken care of fast! Thank yall so much! Have been twice and will continue to go when I need taken care of!

Went in to get my new mower tires foam filled. Got them backed covered in sticky goo full of dirt, gravel and a cigarette butt. Also found a screw in one of the tires that I don’t recall seeing prior to service. Pretty ratty if you ask me. I’d be furious if it were a new mower. For $175 you’d think they’d take some pride in their work. Wish there were another option for foam filling.

I'm surprised at some of the bad reviews I see on here, but my experience yesterday with Purcell was very good, it did take a little longer than they said it would take initially for a front end alignment on my truck, but they were very thorough. John, the guy who did the alignment on my truck was very thorough and very kind,he went over my front end on the truck and told me that there were a few loose Parts but he was going to try and tighten them on a complementary basis. He came back in a little later and told me that he was able to get them tight and that he could proceed with the front end alignment. The wait was fairly peaceful and the people were very nice. Especially considering they were able to work me in last minute. I called 25 places or so to get an alignment yesterday and alm
