This is a 5 star honest upfront diesel repair shop. I had a serious issue with my GMC Duramax they explained exactly what was wrong and gave different options. Jordan even went the extra mile to look into all my options. When going back together we encountered another issue and Jordan work with me ti get the Truck back in the road. Highly recommend these guys they know their diesels !

When you own a business you have the right to chose who you do work for, but you don’t have the right to waste people time and that’s exactly what this guy did for me, waste my time. I went several miles out of my way to go to his, not so continently located, shop to get some work done to my truck. He came out, looked at it, decided what we were going to do. Went inside, he supposedly ordered the parts while I was filling out paperwork, we chit chatted for awhile as he’s putting my info into the computer. I guess I was there about an hour. He told me he’d work up an estimate and send it to me later that day. I tried to call at the end of the day to see about it, they don’t answer the phone. They want you to text. Excellent customer service as well as very knowledgeable staff. I have had a tone of work done on my truck here. I have had zero issues with any of it. They take the time to explain every single thing they are doing to your vehicle and why it is needed. No high pressure sales on unnecessary items, or up sell for more expensive parts. Very trustworthy.

What an amazing experience Pure Adrenaline is after taking my truck to another shop getting taken I found this amazing place Pure Adrenaline. Jordan is amazing he is very talented. All of the people there went above and beyond from the girls in the office to all of the mechanics they are truly wonderful. They were upfront honest and got my truck fixed better than new. If you could give more than 5 stars I would they have my business for life. Don’t bother going anywhere else except Pure Adrenaline. Thank you again you all are awesome.
