Great auto shop. Called the dealership and they were 2.5 weeks out on appointments. Contacted PAW on a Thursday and they wheeled me in right away. Mechanics we’re transparent, my truck was done ✅ in two hours and I was back on the road without feeling pressured to do a bunch of BS maintenance I didn’t really need done or could wait till next oil change. Definitely earned a new customer! Thanks Guys!

I had a great experience at Pure Auto Works. I brought in my 2011 Tahoe for an oil change and inspection, and from the moment I arrived I felt very welcome. The inspection was thorough and they explained a few items that will need attention in the future, but I never felt pressured to make repairs right away. Instead, they put together a clear roadmap with pricing so I can plan ahead. My vehicle was returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. The pricing was fair and the service was completed within the promised time frame. I’ll definitely be coming back to Pure Auto Works for all my future maintenance and repairs.

I was so pleased with my service here. I went in for an oil change and when I got my car back my tire light was off! It’s been on for months. I don’t know what they did but they fixed it! Matt the owner is the nicest, and I’m glad he gifted our community with Pure Auto! It can be intimidating getting car stuff done but Matt and the rest of the crew made me comfortable and shared great conversation. Thanks Pure Auto!

I got ahold of Pure Auto Works for a few things needing to be done to my 2007 Lexus ES 350 while I was in the Bend area.. Very reasonable pricing. Clearly very knowledgeable, honest and transparent. Definitely not a company that will price gouge you. If you're looking for a place that's dependable and trustworthy, choose Pure Auto Works! Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Pure Auto Works. They did a complete brake job on my truck and during the repair, they found a tear in CV joint boot. They fixed the brakes, replaced the CV joint and got me back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Great customer service.
