The only reason the rating is 5 Stars is because this review doesn’t allow me to go to 10! I purchased a new Bronco Sport, and the customer service far exceeded my expectations. This is my first vehicle purchase from a dealership as I’ve always purchased private. However when I decided it was time to be in the market for a vehicle, I was recommended to check out Pure Country by my girlfriend who recently purchased her own Bronco, and I am more than happy that I have done so. From Desiree in Internet Sales being super responsive to my preliminary questions, to Dwight in sales and Robert in financing, everyone made the process incredibly simple and painless, and I walked away feeling like I got a super deal on a brand new Bronco Sport. The customer service here will blow you away. I noticed

I am extremely dissatisfied with Pure Country Automotive, previously known as Pure Country Ford, due to their apparent termination of business with Ford. My experience has been marred by a perceived lack of integrity and honesty. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider alternative dealerships to avoid significant financial losses and emotional distress. If I could, I would provide a negative review to reflect my , which is primarily due to the dishonesty and lack of transparency.

Pure Country Automotive was absolutely wonderful work with. From start to finish, each employee from Sales Kenna & Josh to Robert in Financing was very thorough in explaining when I had questions on a new features that I was unfamiliar with and they even brought up things that i would never thought of which put my mind at ease since this was a big purchase for me. I feel I got a great deal with my 2025 Ford Escape. I would definitely work with them again on future purchases and recommend them to friends and family. I am attached pic of my car as I am proud to drive this car.

Absolutely loved it there I was turned down so many times that I had given up Stacy Burton worked hard for me she got me back in the car of my dream that was lost in a terrible wreck she was really sweet and made sure I left happy even the little one was so excited to have a car back again. My salesman was Brayan Adams and he was top notch! I did my application over the phone and he kept me informed of everything that was going on. He called and said I was approved and they would get everything ready. When I arrived Bryan was very nice and friendly. He showed and explained to me everything I asked about the truck I was buying. Once inside the whole staff was friendly and kind. This is the 2nd vehicle I’ve bought from them and would definitely purchase another.
