The place was very clean. I received full service oil change and I am extremely happy with the work that Jerry did. Also, the lady at the counter that helped me get set up for my oil change was very knowledgeable. She had great Communication skills. I also want to say I believe the price for the oil change full synthetic was reasonable. I will be going back. I have more work In my truck and I feel like they do a quality job for a reasonable price. Thank you, Meineke. I hope the sprinkle Road location works out well I know it’s very convenient for me

I came into the shop after something from the underneath of my car was hanging down and scraping the pavement. Trent immediately saw what was going on, grabbed some supplies and tools, and fixed my problem. He did all of this with a smile and he did not charge me for his time. I even tried to tip him. His boss, Sam, was just as nice and they both wished me a good day! So thankful for both of them today and I know where I will go to get my oil changed in the future.

I had a similar issue to Lara on her review. Sam told me to bring it in and he would be happy to fix the problem. I was due for an oil change anyway. And was happy to pay Sam and his crew to provide that service. I was very impressed.

Sam is the man. I refuse to take my car anywhere but here. Trustworthy, efficient, and knowledgeable. 10/10 service.
