Read and Heed customers. Contrary to what other customer reviews state. Beware of PURE MOTORSPORT- it is not the right shop to take your Audi/VW for service. The technician may be good, but the customer service attitude of the shop Manager is literally by far the worst I encountered. California law requires auto repair shops to provide a written estimate of parts and labor costs before any work begins. I went to Pure Motorsport and spoke to MICHAEL, the shop manager, to inquire about replacing the control arms of my car and I received a very negative response. He is grumpy old person and was deliberately disrespectful, arrogant, and inconsiderate, exhibiting behavior that is brash, callous or hostile to a customer to intentionally diminish others. I was asking for a cost estimate of a job

These guys are the best had ecs then EPC lights come on in my car and rather than just hit me with a $4,000 repair they checked and tested and said the car was good for now and my cats were still in good shape they fixed a seperate issue and have 100% of my faith. This is a place you can trust with your Audi & VW and I will never take my car anywhere else.

This group has been amazingly helpful. When I made a mistake, they fixed the issue and did not charge me. The fix was to switch programming slots but still, no charge. 2 years later, I was unable to ready up all monitors and after working with me over the phone for about 30 minutes their tech gave me an idea to try while I wait for the scheduled appointment. The tech was correct and I was able to finish and again, no charge. I am very grateful and humbled that there are still people out there that just want to help. You are all rock stars and I will find a way to bring you some business! Thank you PMS!

This is my second time bringing my car here for upgrades, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Mark was incredibly friendly and helped me order the exact parts I needed. The parts arrived quickly, and I was able to get them installed the following week. The installation was done efficiently, and the pricing was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience—I would 10/10 recommend!

I have a 2010 Audi S5 cab and had a CTS single pulley installed for about 6mths when all of a sudden the pulley came off. Researching through the Audi forums it appears to occur often if the CTS pulley is not heated properly. Anyways I decided to get it done professionally through PUREMS. I've seen them post on other Audi forums and was near me. It will also save me time from pulling the bumper in service mode. Long story short I brought it in and purchased an APR Single Pulley which should work with my current IE tune. Dropped it off and called about 3 hrs later and was told that they couldn't install the pulley because something stopping it from the supercharger shaft... a little disappointed but okay.
