I’ve been paying for a membership that has not been fulfilling the plan. Basically the tire shine is not working properly. I’ve let it slide numerous times. Today I decided to have an employee (great guy) call the owner (not so great) His response was take it through again and it still didn’t work. Then he went on to say well you’re only paying a dollar a day. Wow I said I’m paying for a service that is not working. So cancel it he also said. Rude and disrespectful! Terrible business man. Declined refunding my monthly fee until I said I would be reporting him to the BBB. Not the money the principal and the money! Beware all the other services might not be working properly! This is the one on Chase ave Waterbury ct!

It’s a good car wash. It’s a little rough on your car though, it did bend my front License plate so that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. Cool staff and good pricing.
Went for a car wash only had 100 dollar bill and a ten dollar bill on me and they said they did not have change so my only option was to go through with no wash or pay the cheap wash witch is not what I wanted very unsatisfied
