I was at the neighboring 7-Eleven looking to get some gas when I realize that my gas cap would not pop open to be able to put the nozzle in and I was able to talk to Ramon and without hesitation he went to troubleshoot my issue and got my gas lid to pop open so I could get the gas I needed to get to work. I Was set up to have a pretty bad start to my day, but the honesty and the willingness just to help me made all the difference this Place has good people

I brought my wife's car for a smog test on Saturday late afternoon. No appointment, just walked in. They were super nice, professional and kind. They also honored the advertised coupon price. The smog tech was extremly good. The front office girl was very nice as well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. It took them about half an hour to finish the job. I will highly recomment this wonderful business to others. Great management an a team work. Will come back for any other services. Thank you.

We’ve been loyal customers of Purrfect Auto (specifically the Durango & Russell location for years) they aren’t close to us by any means, but worth the drive!!! In the city it’s hard to find good mechanics who are honest!!! We’ve found that here!!! They’ve always been honest with us and worked with us on our vehicle needs!
